Meet the Broker

Mr. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in business from the University of Colorado. Licensed in Massachusetts as a Real Estate Broker in 1975, Mr. Francis gained experience with S.A. Vinciullo Real Estate (Waltham) and Hunneman Commercial Corp. (Boston). He has attended numerous commercial real estate seminars on commercial real estate financing, investment analysis, and Section1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Mr. Francis is a past director of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), and was the President of the MAR Commercial Investment Division in 1986. He established R.W. Francis & Co. in Waltham in 1985, with the goal of providing specialized services to meet the individual needs of his clients.

Mr. Francis is also active in the Waltham community. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of Waltham since 1984, serving as its President in 1995-1996. Mr. Francis is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army Waltham Corp. In addition, he has been on the Board of Directors of the Greater Waltham Association of Retarded Citizens (GWARC) for several years, and served as President.
